A big issue is the selection of a judge, rather than random drawings. In FL, the judges were "busy", so Trump's case fell to the new judge. Okay, maybe once you can imagine that happening. But, for her to have any say after the case is dismissed is wrong.

She doesn’t have any involvement in the Jan 6 case so she just jumped into the trap to have her removed from the bench by 11th circuit. Anyone notice it takes her months to make a decision on a case but did this in 18 hrs! Impeachment proceedings should begin immediately file for Bar investigation

Many of us were saying he should have opted to expand the SCOTUS. Is this what you mean? Then he could have nominated left leaning judges and balanced it. I think his big mistake was appointing Garland who seemed too shy away from indicting Trump until it was problematic.

Yes. That’s exactly what I mean. Republicans kept saying that Biden would pack the court with Dem judges, causing a super majority. Biden didn’t do that, but Republicans did exactly what they accused Biden of potentially doing. It screwed us. Garland was paid off, or is simply horrible at his job.
