The Other Happy Place

I think artists and sex workers should have a natural allyship. Both of us are often told we should not be allowed to charge for our work if it is at all pleasurable. Both of us are wanted for what we can do, but our work is considered not worth paying for. We should stick together

If you wanna get Pivot for VRC, you now can!

Random (Commissions full)@randommodel3000.bsky.social

Pivot's drive is over and the avatar is available now! As a bonus for completing the drive rewards so quick, a bonus bunny suit was added (not because I made that one by mistake) Hope you all enjoy the avatar!

we had pretty regular rain over the past week and now my yard is full of WEEDS this is taking forever to clear x_x

Another hot tip for animation: you are not animating motion. You are animating the effects of motion. Often that means how something changes in position over time, but it's also very common for you to instead see the path or effects of that motion, rather than its explicit positions itself.

Take super fast motions, like a punch. You don't usually animate it gradually accelerating: usually it goes from wind up to contact in a single frame. Add a smear, now it's fast and clear. Now, have it go *past* the contact point before bouncing back to its intended position. Now it feels powerful.

"how do I make this animation smoother?" everyone for some reason: "you need more frames!" More frames is a lie made up by Big Animation to sell more timeline space

If you want something to look smoother, start with the motion, not the frames. More frames will only enhance an already smooth motion, it will not make something smooth. Focus on the minimum amount of frames to actually make the animation legible and work from there.

Across bsky and twitter, this hit enough engagement for all alternative outfits! Thank you all! Random did a fantastic job with this too, she looks so good c: (makin me wish I had a VR set ; w ; )

Got a little bit distracted with the Coatl model but now @zedrin.bsky.social's Pivot is ready to start the week long drive! This drive will add some more customisation options for the avatar, which I think turned out pretty well

Whenever I see my friends playing Fortnite because some IP they like is crossing over for the 450th time, they need to really consider what is going on.

Culture Crave 🍿@culturecrave.co

Epic Games has delayed the release of a new shooter game that features Star Wars & Marvel characters 🎮 • Company is 'embracing AI-accelerated development' • Devs are being told to only use AI to write the code • All art for the game will be 'generated with full AI workflows' (via Business)

She's Bit -ing all over the place! #zedbit

why can't i view my own profile

ftr I know the reason, it's cause BSKY is vibe coded and they pushed an update like 2 days ago that is still having aftershocks it's still stupid

i should make an animation tutorial on how to animate various ways for... ...liquids. ...to drip out of the... tip of a... .. water balloon.

if you draw Bit I will give you a smooch and / or pat on the head and / or a thumbs up with effusive screaming, depending on your comfort levels

I'm already tired of seeing Malfoid It's like a worse version of the Bowsette trend

For those who keep coming in to suggest block lists: I'm not going to block people over this, I'm not that petty. I just think the trend sucks. And I'm honestly going to be suspicious of randos who don't follow me coming in to suggest blocklists. Sometimes those are psyops.
