#LogLoads64 Hunter's Moon At precisely 04:12 this morning the 2026 Hunter's Moon was at its most visible, I clocked it about 6 hours earlier and it was a clear star-strewn sky and the moon was like an immesurably huge spotlight. It was fascinating to witness. The #C64 game of the same name is ace.

The sun had already gone down over the port at Alicante when I took this, leaving a band of orange over the cranes that faded into clear blue. There were no clouds to catch the light of the sun that had already fallen below the horizon, but I was glad of the glow on the […]

I did all my demo coding in the machine code monitor, ripping tunes from games and demos. Absolute game changer for the #C64.

I got my first Action Replay cartridge for my #Commodore64 #C64 back in 1986, and it completely changed how I experienced games. It opened the door to experimenting with game code. csdb.dk/group/?id=3509 What are your memories of this legendary piece of hardware?

I've always been curious about this game. I've never played it and I suspect now I wouldn't enjoy it as I'm not fond of sandbox games.

#LogLoads64 Little Computer People Some games, particularly #C64 games, are just solid nostalgia classics & LCP is one of those. I only ever had it on cassette back in the day, which is a shame, as the disk version is the way to go with more "depth" to it. It is still worth a play now. Fascinating.

I totally forgot about this and I'm now eligible to vote. I don't remember if I registered or not. www.citizensinformation.ie/en/governmen...

citizensinformation.ie Seanad Éireann The Seanad is the upper house of the Oireachtas (the Irish parliament). This page describes its functions and how it is elected.

The people voted almost 50 years ago to widen the Seanad electorate - and only 13 years ago to save it from extinction. But now that the electorate HAS been widened, only 9% of potential voters have signed up. That says many things - including that the upper house is out of favour again.
