Since I've been back from Japan. I really have hit the dumps; back to normal daily life. Of where it feels like there is not much to do but sit at my computer all day and grind.

My last gift for myself, before heading back home. The new Famitsu magazine art is insane. Happy to have joined the line outside Yodabashi to get it this morning.

Saw the new Street Fighter movie in Japan. In possibly one of the best theaters Iโ€™ve been too. What a great experience this was to watch in Japan. Movie was quite amazing as well.

While still in Japan, you know I had to buy the Tales of Eternia remaster physical.

Over the last 6 months I have also resumed work on the Net De Bomberman revival project I last teased in 2023. Well, I have made some significant progress. Such as making a new feega service and getting into the battle arena successfully! So stay tuned for more!

In a couple days, Iโ€™m finally headed back to Japan after a long 10 years since I last went. A lot has certainly changed in those 10 years. This is my third time there; and excited to enjoy an adventure of not so much touristy stuff, but an adventure of go anywhere and anything.

Well PS3 and RPC3 can now play WKC2 online crossplay. Thankfully because this game uses a full dedicated server, there is compatibility for the two to play together! Coming soon :)

Nobody has seen these for well over 13 years! I'm in the process of working on a White Knight Chronicles 2 private server! Cannot wait to share more!

Surprise! I have gone ahead and ported over the English translation for "Hero Must Die" to the PS Vita! I'd highly recommend you play this amazing twist on a traditional JRPG. Avaliable now! t.co/JiJbScF1XA

The English Translation for Dirge of Cerberus Lost Episode is now available! Play as Vincent Valentine as he makes his way to the Shinra Mansion in this once-lost mobile spin-off game. Hacking: Yuvi Translation: turquoisehammer.bsky.social Playtesting: Odysseus Special Thanks: Shinra Archaeology

While working on the translation for Dirge of Cerberus Lost Episodes, I found out that for the English text, they made some sacrifices to how the game displays text to make more room and left out some QoL stuff like colored speaker names. So I went ahead and reimplemented that.

After four days of bruteforcing and spending over $900, the FULL version of FFVII Dirge of Cerberus Lost Episode has been preserved by @yuvi.app! The game's SD card data, which it fully relies on, remained encrypted until now. Despite being 9MB, the game contains cutscenes and voice acting.

Funny enough, the game contained some leftover English for only the tutorial mission of the game. I went ahead and enabled it, but a full translation will still need to happen. Happy to help with that endeavor if anyone steps up to do it.

This is what happens when you want to go REALLY FAST! 16x RTX 6000's over 100GKeys a sec is wild

A playtest build for the next translation to be released has been generated. So not too far off now! All I can say is this was the most complex ASM hacking I've done in a long time. With one of the biggest scripts I've been a part of. Fun times ahead. :D

Team Innocent videos now fully subbed and running on hardware, with my new PC-FX Video Encoder I made.

Cooked up a decoder and encoder for PCFX Blue Breaker videos. Getting tools ready to eventually do a translation :D

I was so excited to show you the first-ever WonderGate footage of Digimon 02 - D1 Tamers until, well, it got a little broken. ๐Ÿ˜„

The start of something new :D Just a rough draft of trying to create an enclosure for a fully self-contained device that will add some awesome functionality to certain PSX games. It all fit, and clearances were on point.

Happy to helped on this project!

Tales of The Heroes Twin Brave Innocence R Demo is now available and 100% translated. While our main team has been focusing on NDX, ShiShi been translating Twin Brave on her own. This demo is the first big step in translating the whole game and it contains an exclusive scenario.

Tales of Fandom Vol. 1 for PSX now has working online leaderboards again! I just finished the server implementation. You might be asking, "How does the PSX have online connectivity?" Well, you could use certain docomo Keitai back then to give you PSX internet access. So cool!

A new partial copy of Before Crisis FFVII was preserved by NaoyaShinota! This copy contains Turk data for Cissnei, as well as a battle map and sprites for Weapon D Mode (postgame superboss mode). Now we preserved four Turks: Rod, Gun (Male), Nunchuck, and Shuriken (aka Cissnei).

Well... it's official... I need a translator for Tenerezza; the RE work is all but done. This has really been on my list to get done for far too long now. Happy to have made it all work, made the game work with 1-byte ASCII and everything as before that would crash no matter what.

Nothing makes me happier than to see the quality of the fan translations being released these days. Kowloon's Gate has always been one game on my list I'd love to play one day. So I'm happy to say that my good friends Hilltop and Cargodin are releasing it here soon!

Our English patch for Kowloon's Gate, the surrealist Asian-gothic cyberpunk PS1 adventure game arrives June 9th.

For those who have known me. I've always talked about one of those passion projects I have to complete in my life. Which was and always has been Tales of Eternia Online. As a young lad growing up, I had the chance to play this, and told myself a decade ago I will again.

Back when I started this nearly a decade ago, there was nothing online, since then most articles or results you see would be from things I've done for this game.

I kind of of wanted to just share my story about this silly game that was only online for year. But it means a lot to me... And I promise to have something for you all with due time.

In the past two year I started to work on ToEO a lot more, because i finally felt ready to tackle this. Since then I felt like i accomplished a lot, ive tackled all file encryption, extractor and rebuilder for all assets. And of course the start of a working server.

While im far from done, and still only just started, its my fault why things have taken so long. Ive always moved onto working on other things, to help me hone my skills better to work on this passion project.

Over the last decade i knew i was not good enough in my skills to start this project. But since then I've help translated and reverse engineer over a dozen games, I've had my hands on server reconstructing for countless titles now.
