You know, I love all you #HazbinHotel / #HelluvaBoss / #Hellaverse theory crafters and analyzers! I love all the deep analysis and commenting on them. My stupid brain meanwhile just sticks in the SideStory-Verse most of the time. (I swear I'll get something out XD) Thank you for doing what I cant

Like.... I can hop into an analysis cycle and comment on them, but I just cannot for the life of me deep dive. I watch and can anxiously wonder what's going to happen next, but I strangely don't GUESS. It's probably some deep-down conditioning thing that happened from my work or something XD.

And yes... My project issue hit hard on this because real life and trying that delegation thing messed things up bad that someone I enjoyed talking and working with got cut out. I'm taking that very personally for what happened...all I can do though is learn and not repeat the mistakes.

There's a reason I haven't opened up Crowd Funding for the project yet. I WILL NOT take others money until things are solid and I feel the processes are square and ready. Wasting my cash is one thing... I will not lose others' and betray that if I can help it. END

My #XiliDayJob and real life drama not withstanding, it sucks that issues crept up, but retrospective was done, lessons were learned, they were just solved way too late and I feel terrible for it. Still in angel funding stage, so nothing was lost other than my own investment.

I don't get how the orange fascist is outliving all the other good people we've lost this year. Bullshit.

Ok, new plan.... I'm starting a new jar. Negative posts on social media get a buck into the jar that I'll donate monthly. Just need a recommendation to how to track this.

Also though for clarification: Despite my last thread, I DO appreciate the genuine "You ok?" Or "You holding up? Anything I can do?" messages even from strangers. The month is rough and 'concern' posts like that, being a good human being to another... Those are ALWAYS alright in my book.

People, this thread and the one it quotes are super important. I myself being super open to communication and wearing my emotion and life on a sleeve still want to hammer in this point. FRIENDSHIP takes time. Far more than clicking an 'Add Friend' button. Video and Voice calls are STEP 5 not 1.

Part of me wants to turn off all socials and just try to survive the rest of this month in isolation. My rational side is screaming how stupid that idea is.

Really hope that those that are getting to actually KNOW me see I try oh so hard to practice this.... Maybe I'm just stressing over the overwork'ness of how this month is behaving, but knowing I may have made a difference means the world to me lately. No matter how small a task.

Trying to make a thing, the #XiliDJob / day job stuff I'm dedicating to funding it is just really rough right now. Trying to make a difference there and get my team a new renewal before I go anywhere, or not, trying to protect the junior devs and analysts. I'm just tired... But I won't back down.

At least breakfast was a success, maybe I'll delay work till after lunch. Relax a bit until I need to give my kitty her meds, THEN can work when I vacate the room to let her sleep?

To take a day off and make next week harder on me by a day for a deliverable or just grab coffee and hope it was just lack of caffeine waking up... 8 minutes air frying a portion of my breakfast, never put it in the air fryer :/ #XiliLife
