RE: RE: Discord Indexing: Seems like its a completely useless feature. They only index public channels, that is channels accessible by the @everyone role. The problem is that any large server right now is using roles to gate access and prevent spam. Join any big server and you hit a lobby atm.

What if we unleashed Smug Business Wrin on the world? What then? What if I was just fucking good at shit in a very public way?

The only two MMOs I've settled on being Good:tm: are RuneScape and Eve Online and I think what they both have in common is that you must dedicate your entire life to them. FFXIV is a soft exception to the rule because Yoshida is an angel. WoW & the rest are cowards that know nothing of Progression

A subpost: You should not create variable pricing based on platform. If your Ko-Fi needs you to charge $37, you should also make your PayPal $37. Seeing "Paypal $35 + Ko-Fi $37" gives off the appearance of a cheap-ass business who isn't confident in their own worth. Make both $40 and call it a day.

visibly passing the $2 fee of your processor off to your customer is a good way to signal to your customers that you're not worth their time, ngl

This is how small town lawyers are born

SwampLizard@swamplizard.bsky.social

It has a list of all the questions you’re allowed to ask. Of course, no one really knows which will be asked until each side’s lawyer draws it out of The Hat.

Apropos of nothing, if you're considering switching from a recently deprecated browser and want to try Firefox, I just landed `Copy Tab URL` in nightly - it's not bound by default but a quick visit to `about:keyboard` will let you set it, and also take a glance at the other neat shortcuts we have.

Constantly was told to sell to people who wouldn't benefit from ads and who didn't have the money. Had one guy tell me he only had $400 in the bank and my manager told me if I didn't sell him she'd write me up lmao

Glad to see this got fixed 👍 Good work on a speedy response

alex benzer@alexbenzer.com

some folks reported not being able to use certain adult-focused platforms (like onlyfans and fansly) — there was an internal miscommunication and these were accidentally added to the list of disallowed domains. this is now fixed! but you may need to refresh your app to get the update. 💙
