I have a very simple process when it comes to dirt. In my practice, it is mostly used for magically composting something old and outworn, or to "lay" something persistent, or for nourishing something I want to grow. The offering is always water. #FolkWitchFriday #WitchSky

I use the properties of herbs in food and bring their magic to life by rubbing them between my hands and asking them. I also change my teacups to match the season or the magic I am doing. For my coffee, I keep certain herbs in my coffee beans for cognition and creativity. #FolkWitchFriday #WitchSky

The autumn mushrooms are popping up. But the mycelial net below is also worth knowing. It spreads tree resources, like food and water, transmits warning signals, communicates almost instantly across vast areas, and can help spread magic if asked. I talk to them and offer water. #WitchSky

For me, synchronous signs are almost always songs repeating in my head. Otherwise, when spirits try to talk to me, I get several different signs with a common meaning. Like creatures that I associate with the night or the underworld showing up frequently. #FolkWitchFriday #WitchSky

My cats alert me to spirits. Mr. Kitten loves when I record trance journeys. He tells me he is friends with the animal guardians of the forest. The moose, bear, and prehistoric salmon. Now he's recovering from a day of roofers pounding on the ceiling with the guardian stag. #FolkWitchFriday
