Ely market is a good place to wander and observe. A lady making and selling these spoons caught my eye. The ever versatile Pentax 17 and it’s close up mode . ORWO UN54 , Rodinal 1:50 printed onto Ilford MG Pearl and in the #HalfFrameStories print box. #believeinfilm #Filmphotography

It took the Pentax 17 to open my eyes to the world in a completely different way. I’m very much “in the moment” when I wander these days, “mindful” of the changing light and time. Here in Liverpool different sights and sounds. Darkroom Print, ORWO UN54 Rodinal #Believeinfilm #filmphotography

Now that Polaroidweek is over (well today is the last day) I can get back to the serious business of focusing on the Pentax 17 and darkroom print uploads. This with UN54 and an orange filter whilst in Liverpool a couple of weeks ago. #believeinfilm #filmphotography

and this one, which might well be my favourite from the roll, is by @paulasmith.co.uk. slight light leak at far left is my bad, but really makes the format work viscawide-16/double-x/hydrofen #filmphotography #b&w

First roll after repair for my Canon Demi ee17, from St Giles' fair in Oxford. Vision3 500T Completely chaotic, most of the time only a guess at the big composition shapes & static elements. Probably picked too many, sorry - #oxford #stgilesfair #photography #halfframe #35mm #stgiles #canondemi

We have been at this since 2018 when it was “The Lensless Podcast” you can listen to all 143 archived episodes with a quick search. And now for the last 2 years the new offering celebrating the world of creative analogue photography. Something for the weekend ? #believeinfilm #filmohotography

Cornelius Vermuyden finally got the Fenlands drained (well mostly) in the 17th Century ending generations of a unique way of life living with the seasons. Anger erupted into violence and fen folk were suppressed and finally dragged into submission and the land left the many to belong to the few.

Adverts on Facebook - pretty much all I see now unless I go straight to my groups (which I really should) - they are all the same have you noticed ? Doesn’t matter what they are trying to sell me - I’m sure Ai is the reason … Anyway thought I’d come here as it’s nicer and more creative .

Watching the BBC lunchtime news reminded me why I stay away from these programmes and apps - they seem to almost be gleeful in their constant reporting of all the evil in the world. I know there are good news stories but you don’t hear them on the news Thats for sure.

In Liverpool last weekend we had a fun day wandering - the #Pentax17 did it’s thing - this time with ORWO UN54 and an orange filter - next time I’ll rate it at 50 not 80 but very happy with the print. #Believeinfilm #HalfFrameStories #FilmPhotography

Been burning through film this last week - well by my standards !! Roll of ORWO 54 (Pentax 17) , HP5 (LC Wide) and Eastman 5222 (LCA) - Rodinal 1:50 for the ORWO and XX and ID11 1:1 for the HP5 (it’s worked for 45 years so why change ?) #believeinfilm #filmphotography
