Ken Wilber was a thin-sinned narcissist, as evidenced by his lack of ability to metabolize critique in an adult way. That said, he was also a pioneering genius of integral meta-theory. One thing does not displace the other—rather, they co-exist. 🤷🏻‍♂️

PS - I say *was*, not because Ken is dead, but because I haven’t interacted with him seriously in well over a decade, and so want to time-box my observation and also give him the benefit of the doubt—he has likely grown in his old age.
