Entertaining game today. Always disappointing to draw from 2-0 up but probably a fair result. Josh Dennett causing absolute chaos and scoring was our edge. Fingers xed he can be a match winner whilst he's back. Thank you to all those who bought a raffle ticket. Hope you won 💚

Nice touch from UK Sepsis Trust sending a letter of thanks for the donation. All down to folks who bought our issue 31. Many thanks for supporting us! Remember to ask, "Could it be sepsis?"

It's another Steeple Sinderby Wanderers Day, folks. Best wishes to all those in the @EmiratesFACup today

And a reminder, from @danielgraywriter.bsky.social 's book, of the amazingness of fanzines and how they are historically the backbone of the football fan movement, that is going from strength to strength in @thefsa.bsky.social 👀 Your #FerribyFanzine in the montage thefsa.org.uk/news/fanzine...

Last weekend to get your nominations in for the @thefsa.bsky.social Awards 2026. Especially important for our level is the Non-League Award 💪 More info.... thefsa.org.uk/news/nominat...

Left @wembleystadium as the masses arrive, after another good @thefsa.bsky.social X FA meeting, here with Darren et al. Lots discussed at our level to help strengthen clubs and enhance fans' interests. Now in a Marlebone pub for the @England build up, but heading home before kick off.

A joyous flash of North Ferriby 💚

En route to Wembley Stadium for the regular @thefsa.bsky.social X FA Structured Dialogue meeting. Lots of fan-related issues on the agenda. Really enjoying @danielgraywriter.bsky.social's Fanzine, especially the inextricable link between fanzines and the fan movement 💪💪

Thank you to everyone who bought a copy of our last #FerribyFanzine issue or donated some extra. I've now donated the £160 to support the great work of UK Sepsis Trust 🙏 🙏

Let's hope Barton Town can continue their journey in the FA Cup this weekend, as they, and the local football community, continue to remember James Hitchcock. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/footba...

This week's #FloodlightFriday caper returns to Leamington FC, or rather some of it's groundhopping fans encountering ukele trios, pale hot dogs, and an executive parking pass. They just about mentions floodlights as well. footballfanzineculture.blog/2026/10/02/f...

An early dual reg for the season.

Our #FerribyFanzine is always great post

Chuffed for the lads! Feeling around the ground that we needed that 2-1 victory. And desereved for recent efforts. Olly Green and Arun Jones running the show. Stronger at the back. Dash is a great shot stopper. Charlie from distance. Day is in the right place...bang!

It's Glorious Grange Lane 💚😎

Many thanks to everyone who came down to our Q&A with Housh & Stampy to remember our Step 1 season, with @nickquantrill.bsky.social asking the Qs. As was remarked upon, it was a "free hit" that was a great opportunity for players and fans. Also hooray to Dave Nightingale for his goals film

Excited. Later, off to see @bobpetesarah.bsky.social in Gateshead. Hoping for their songs w/ football references. Strong zine pedigree with CAFF. And @rockingbob.bsky.social's 1988 issue discussed the sad demise of Accrington Stanley www.saintetiennedisco.com/labels2/caff... @fanzinefc.bsky.social

Lads are in Morpeth tonight. I think the last time we played @MorpethTownAFC was Sept 1997 in the 2nd Qual Round in the FA Cup. Drew 0-0 (A) on 23/9 then won 1-0 (H) on 27/9. Darren France scored the winner. Was this your era @garyhammondperc.bsky.social ?

Get your classic @north_ferribyfc Step 1 shirts out, as we remember our top-flight season in 2016/17. I think player sponsors received most home game shirts and @FerribyShop sold the remaining. I bagged @MattyTempleton's away shirt.

TOMORROW we welcome Housh & Stampy back down to Ferriby as we remember 10 years since we were in Step 1. An historic season. 🍻🍷 Bar open 🎤 Nick Quantrill leading the Q&A 🎥 ⚽ New goal highlights by Dave Nightingale 🕺Possibly a former player or 2 popping down FREE entry

Stocked up for our Ferriby Player of the Month Awards. Will kick this off this month.

Non-league football grounds are always interesting spaces, but they don't come much better than Blyth Spartans. Hidden away behind terraced housing, it feels like an old-school Football League ground. Blyth Spartan 1 North Ferriby FC 0.

Other local brewers turned to hallucinogens.

Lads battled on Tues and didn't deserve a 3-0 defeat. We had some half chances which needed finishing, they cut through us for their 1st, their 2nd was a worldie, and their 3rd was from a poor keeper clearance. Fingers xed for some points from the north east 💚

Not a single word about the countless Palestinian footballers killed and maimed by the IDF in this

Amazing what you find promoted in a North Ferriby phone box! Get down to the club next Wed 23 Sept as we remember 10 years since Ferriby were in the top-flight of the National League. We welcome back Housh & Stampy, and possibly a few former players. Houshandstampy.eventbrite.com

Get yer fanzines out! Lovely to see Jan's epic body of work.

Good performance & result, drawing 2-2. Mistakes led to their goals but the lads showed tenacity & resolve to come from behind, twice. Will take that. Fingers xed Jake is still fit. Many thanks to everyone who bought a zine. Always enjoy chatting to fans. 🙏 Ta Tommy & Rob 🙏
