For 50 years, the Hyde Amendment has blocked federal coverage for abortion care, hitting people on Medicaid hardest. The CPC has called for ending Hyde in our Reproductive Freedom Action Agenda and endorsed the EACH Act to expand coverage. We will continue the fight for essential care.
