It's...weird. Working a job with downtime and NOT being hounded to keep busy. Explicitly being told "if you needed to be micromanaged I wouldn't have hired you" as a compliment was wild.

Man the new Gears is so damn good. I've been marathoning that game for the past three days. The tone, the environmental design and storytelling, the gunplay and cover elements are all so dang smooth. It's super worth the price of admission.

Having a weird day at work. I've been doing too good a job. It seems. People have been making their appointments and all that happy shit and we're scheduled out to the end of the year. Management is out and so I've been told to stop like 1/3rd of my job until they meet.
