I let Twitch Chat hit me with chairs through a channel point redeem. I added some audio effects so it really sounds like I am on the floor, in pain.

The Charlotte Hornets on Feb. 11 are retiring the No. 1 jersey of Muggsy Bogues, the shortest player in NBA history at 5-foot-3. Bogues spent 10 of his 14 NBA seasons in Charlotte (1988-1998) and is the franchise leader in assists, steals and minutes.

Just watched the 20th Denver high screen where Murray came off the screen drawing the double and instead of popping back out to Jokic for the open 3 just drove in an took a contested shot over 2-3 warriors 🤮

One week in and the most impressive top tier rookies are Booker and Wilson, but I'm also impressed with that next tier of players like Lendeborg and Brazile who add a rotation player to an already good team

According to Sixers PR, their 29-point comeback win against the Cavaliers was the largest comeback win of LeBron James' career (!). It was also the Sixers' largest comeback win in 30 years.

Looks like the refs have been watching Wemby tape and instead of assuming its a block (got away with many fouls last year) and now they're now assuming it's a foul and making the Spurs challenge which isn't good for the Spurs going forward, even if they win both as they have

Probably a positive for Philly as a whole but I was worried about Edgecombe in these lineups and it went worse than I expected. Stood watching the main 4 starters, then even in the 2nd unit he was 5th option behind KCP and Simmons

Dont know whos responsible but the yahoo NBA site is unusable. Cant find a way to turn it off dark mode which gives me a stroke trying to read. Also I'm trying to read Steve Jones team preview and I've just closed the 5th video popup. I'm only up to Dallas.

In 5-10 years this will have gone too far and each team will be able to nominate a star who doesn't count towards the cap

Parity is wonderful. But it's come at a cost, creating a league of perpetual change, with no room for affection, loyalty, or sentimentality. Latest from me, at The Ringer:
