As a dev, coding the automation myself is "definitely cheaper" than using zapier/make.com so I spent 3-4 hours to code a email to notion automation 💀💀 And obviously majority of the code is done via Claude + Cursor :D

Despite all the hate for Vercel from everyone, I’ve been hosting many personal automation there. Simply because Next.js is my most familiar tech stack, and fast coding and launching is important to me. It's not as quick as PHP for deployments but I'm ok with 2 mins wait.

Highly recommend all founders to do the #75HardChallenge I'm currently at day 16 and there are tremendous benefits for myself - extra 2-3 deep focus hours per day 🤯 - a lot more disciplined, all my other productivity habits are followed strictly 💪 - Self confidence, dropped like 4kg in 2 weeks 🏄‍♂️
