I know it doesn’t look like it, but I’m building an app *right now*. #AIcoding #VibeCoding 1. I’m relaxing at Café Vólta. 2. I send a Slack message to @Cursor. 3. Cursor spins up a background agent.

4. Shortly after, I get a pull request in the GitHub mobile app. 5. I preview the change on a Vercel page. 6. I approve the pull request and the change goes live. I know the time window where I’m needed at all is limited, but still very cool!

And herein lies a challenge: AI models are still struggling with *context*, their “short-term memory” is not very big. (This might be solved for good with #GPT5 if the rumors are true…) So for now, context management, or #ContextEngineering if you so will, is important. The winning work planning tools have to deal with this. There are also specialized tools for dev work planning (e.g. #TaskmasterAI as recommended by Peter Alvarsson) or PM-oriented solutions like airfocus by Lucid. I’m currently mainly using a recipe of carefully written prompts for ChatGPT + Cursor to take a vague app idea to a complete working application. Comment “SHARE!” and I’ll drop my recipe. #AIcoding
