Sunday sofa day and the gymnastics is on. I do like the boingy people. Never understood the floor though. Everyone is doing handstands, rolly pollys and bug flip flops but girls have to pop a hip and smile and wavey arm sparkle stuff. Let the guys wear sparkles and shake their groove thang.

You know. If they want. Let the girls not, if they want. Why not plain floor and sparkle floor?

Oh I do not like this. The noise of the rain slamming into the roof(flat roof...who builds flat roofed houses in Scotland?! Seriously.) And I love the tree outside my bedroom. As long as it stays outside 😬

In today's edition of 'things I've done because of fanfic' I made latkes. Not very well probably but they were very tasty.

I decorated a headband for my niece's 3rd birthday next week. I hope she likes it! And in preparation for the fact she will destroy it many of the flowers are hair clips so she can still use those 😁

I'm athletic in the way if Hobbits. Short and a relentless trudge. I hurt my leg in a rather spectacular fall several years ago and had my usual walking severely curtailed. I can still feel it dragging and cant lift it easily. Hence why I trip a lot. But today I managed to walk to and from my work

A round trip of about 5 miles. I made it! Even in the rain Feel silly proud of myself. Guess the walking really might be good for the brain weasels. (Also been stupid depressed for a couple of years because of a hard breakup) will see if I'm as happy when I try stand up again 😬😆

I made a blanket from some random yarn I had lying around. It is big enough to cover a king sized bed. Now I know why it was taking me so long with the last few rounds. Didn't realise it was that big!

Did so much cleaning today. Managed to slice my thumb (glass? Cardboard? Unclear) But my wine box turned up so now I'm under blankets and cats with food and fizzy wine (put gold glitter in it cause it makes me feel fancy) and I'm going to treat myself to a Project Hail Mary rewatch. A good day 😁

My mami finding a bag of my childhood toys got me thinking how many plushies does this grown ass woman own. So I decided to find out. And inflict my whimsy on you. Cause why not 🤷‍♀️ Not all at once though cause I don't want to flood anyone's timeline with silly plushy pics 😁

Winnie the witch is technically not a toy. She's a loo roll cover. But he she, voodoo Marie and the(why so slutty?!) Gargoyle were made by my mum.

I think if I had to explain my personality in plushy form these are the pictures I would choose.

When I left work today this cloud had decided it'd had enough floating and was having some floor time. Literally lying on the hill but not on the top. Can just see the trees sticking out the top. Pretty atmospheric though.

A lovely customer dropped us in a tin if biscuits and I spent the day encouraging everyone to eat them so I could have the tin 🤣 it's great! Has a hinged lid and clicky lock on the other side. Very pretty too. It is now mine and I shall fill it with many colours of bobbin thread. And buttons 🧵

Tripped because of my stupid not good leg when crossing the road. Face first over the curb. Just caught myself. Though my nose grazed the ground, my glasses flew off (not broken just scrated the frame thank fuck) my tits hit the edge and acted like air bags.

Put a hole in my ear phones. Skinned my knees, hurt my wrist and bruised my pride. Then I had to limp a mile and a half to get the bus. I want to go to bed now please 🥺
