Our 2nd single Really Stupid was released 40 years ago today. It got single of the week in Sounds & was named one of the 40 greatest UK indie singles ever by Mojo magazine in 2008. The vid was made on a budget of whatever a roll of kitchen foil + petrol for drive down to London from Cov was in 1986.

Can’t remember exact date, but our debut single, Thru The Flowers, was released this month 40 years ago. This recently reworked version of what was just a bare-bones demo recorded Oct 85 is approx. how it would have sounded if we’d recorded it around mid-86, when we began to add jangle to the fuzz.

Edgy stuff.

Here’s a short film of our visit to The Golden Hinde in St Mary Overie Dock in London this week, where we played three intimate acoustic shows over three consecutive nights. It was an amazing, nerve wracking and unique experience, and a cherished highlight of our career. Thanks to all who attended.
