Great race weekend. I have a way to go to get my speed back, but running with no pain was a nice change.

Last workout before Norfolk Harbor Half Weekend. Just doing 5K & 10K as I try to rebuild myself. Who is running this weekend?

Last year I was running 13.1 in the low to mid 8/mile pace, then my body broke down. Working my way back slowly.
