#81 of #1001Albums You Must Hear Before You Die is "Pet Sounds" by The Beach Boys. C'mon. It's Pet Sounds. Literally one of the best albums of all time. Favorite Song: God Only Knows

#80 of #1001Albums You Must Hear Before You Die is "Air", by Moon Safari. I really enjoyed this album. It's perfect to chill out to or have a night drive with. Favorite song: "Talisman"

I'm back with #79 of #1001Albums You Must Here Before You Die! The album is Napalm Death's "Scum" This is the lowest rated album on the list. There are some grooves on the album, but they are few and far between. Favorite song: Scum

Album #78 of #1001Albums is Jeff Buckley's album, "Grace" Phenomenal album. One of my favorites of all time. Favorite song: Eternal Life

Album #77 of #1001Albums is Queen of the Stone Age's self-titled debut album. Tapped out by the second song. Just bland post-grunge garbage. I'm not even going to post the album cover.

The Supreme Court ruled that nobody is a U.S. citizen Chief Justice Roberts stated “No person can be in this country. We all have to leave. Now.” The judges packed up their robes and are getting on a boat

Album #76 of #1001Albums is The Doors debut self-titled album. My mother had most of their discography on vinyl, so I was exposed to this band and album when I was young. It's great. Favorite song: Light My Fire

Album #77 of #1001Albums is "Natty Dread" by Bob Marley & the Wailers. It's Marley. Of course it's great. It also features my favorite Marley song, "No Woman No Cry"

Album #76 of #1001Albums is Ice Cube's 3rd album, The Predator. In my opinion, Cube's best album. Definitely the one with the best singles. Favorite song: The Wicked

Album #75 of #1001Albums is The LA's self-titled album. They only made one album and only had one hit. "There She Goes" is well-known, of course. The rest of the album is merely ok jangle-pop. Best song that isn't "There She Goes": "Looking Glass"

Album #74 of #1001Albums is Pearl Jam's debut album, "Ten" I exhausted at least a cassette and a CD playing this album when it came out. Pearl Jam always resonated with me more than the other "grunge" acts. 5 stars. no skips. Favorite song: Black.

Album #73 of #1001Albums is Lou Reed's Transformer. I really enjoyed Reed's glam phase in the early 70s. Mick Ronson & David Bowie put this record together well. Favorite Song: Perfect Day

Album #72 of #1001Albums is Queen's "A Night at the Opera" Literally one of my favorite albums of all time. Queen at its most extravagant. Favorite song: "The Prophet's Song"

Album #71 of #1001Albums is "Brothers" by The Black Keys. I've completely slept on The Black Keys. As a result, I've missed out on this album until now. It's tremendous garage blues and soul. Favorite song: Never Gonna Give You Up.

Album #70 in "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is James Taylor's "Sweet Baby James" James Taylor's parody blues songs on this album are better than any attempts that Led Zeppelin made in the genre. Overall, an enjoyable album. #1001albums

Album #69 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die is "Dear Science" by TV on the Radio. I had honestly forgotten how good this album is. It's hard to nail down, but it's really good. Favorite song: Shout Me Out

Album #68 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is "Bandwagonesque" by Teenage Fanclub. I like power pop music, and I've tried this album multiple times, but it's never managed to grab me.

Album #67 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is Fleet Foxes' debut self-titled album. I found most of the album a bit too twee. I do like "Your Protector", though. It's the most Decemberist song of the album.

Album #66 f "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is "Revolver" by the Beatles It's their greatest album. @ me if you feel like it. Favorite Song: "For No One"

Album #65 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is Credence Clearwater Revival's second album, "Bayou Country." A bit repetitive for my taste, but a couple real legendary tracks. Favorite song: Proud Mary. #1001albums

Album #64 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is Ye's debut album, "The College Dropout." If you separate the art from the artist, this is an amazing hip-hop album, and it isn't even his best work. The problem is that Ye's antics over the past 15 years hang over his actual art.

Album #63 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is "Low" by David Bowie It took me a while to appreciate Bowie's Berlin period, initially. Now it's a highlight of his work to me. Favorite song: Warszawa

Album #62 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is "Imperial Bedroom" by Elvis Costello & the Attractions. While I've enjoyed a bit of Costello's work, this does nothing for me. #1001albums

Album #61 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is Dolly Parton's "Coat of Many Colors" Dolly Parton is a living saint. This album has not only songs, but stories as well. It's phenomenal Favorite song: Traveling Man

Album #60 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die is A Tribe Called Quest's second album, "The Low End Theory" RIP Phife Dog. The number of MCs and groups inspired by ATCQ is mind boggling This album features my absolute favorite track of theirs, Scenario.

Album #59 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is "Beauty & the Bear", the debut album by the Go-Gos. This album is historic. The only album featuring an all-female group who both wrote and played their own instruments to reach #1 on the charts. It's amazing. Favorite song: Fading Fast

Album #58 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is the final album of the Jimi Hendrix experience, "Electric Ladyland." While I've listened to plenty of Hendrix, it's the first time listening to this album from beginning to end. It's amazing how many styles he goes through on this album.

Album #57 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is the Fugees' second album, "The Score." Everything about the Fugees has been classic, but fleeting. The band only recorded two albums, and both are can't miss. It's genius at work. Favorite non-cover song: Zealots

Album 56 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is the Quicksilver Messenger Service' "Happy Trails" This album's carried by a 25 minute jam suite of Bo Diddley's "Who Do You Love." It's a bit much. (1/?)

My taste in 60s music came mostly from my mother's record collection (Beatles/Doors), plus surf music from being born and raised in Surf City, USA. I never managed to get into the San Francisco scene of that era... I saw the Grateful Dead for the experience rather than their music. (2/3)

As a result, very little music of that area during that era has really resonated with me. This was the first time I recall ever listening to this band. It's alright, but nothing I feel I need to pursue anytime in the future. (3/3)

Album #55 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is Syd Barrett's debut solo album, "The Madcap Laughs" I've really never delved into Syd-era Floyd, so this was new to me. It was interesting. Favorite song: Octopus

Album #54 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is Elton John's "Madman Across The Water" TIL Elton tried prog. Tiny Dancer carries this album. Levon is also good. But the whole album is obscenely over-produced. Indian Sunset is likely the worst song that Bernie Taupin has written.

Album #53 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is MJ Cole's debut album, "Sincere" House music isn't really my bag, but this was decent. I especially liked the songs featuring soul singers. Favorite song: Free My Mind (featuring Guy S'Mone)

Album #52 of "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die" is Muddy Waters' "Hard Again." I've never managed to get into blues, but I did appreciate this for what it's worth.
