Someone on here argued that it was only 32 democrats out of hundreds saying these things. Let me reframe something here - 32 people can be a military platoon. There is an entire military platoon of democrats out of their army that don't believe in human rights. That is not an insignificant reach.

As a cis woman, my No. 1 criteria for deciding whether to vote for a candidate is “Do: they explicitly support trans people?” I have yet to find anyone who supports trans rights who doesn’t also support: - people from other minority/ marginalised communities - the environment - financial equality
