I need people to know that the photos of colourful moon are not from Artemis II. They were made by a Ukrainian photographer, who enhanced the colours of the moon's surface to represent its mineral composition. I can't stand to see an individual work be misattributed and misrepresented like this.

8PP protect, removal of IVs, and detailed explanations about moves/stats are two sides of the same coin called accessibility/streamlining. Will be fun to see if they will add the complexity(?) back in.

Thinking about it a bit: the main point of Pokemon Champions is to provide an entry point to VGC without needing the main games, hence F2P. But it's also unreasonable to have no friction/stickiness for newcomers who haven't formed an attachment to the franchise or battling. Hence the battle pass.

As in those three games are the most opinionated on stylization. I have no idea what their internal goals for the series are like, but in the case they’re gunning for the latest common denominator, it’s well known that your average person who doesn’t have taste loves generic AI rendering

why *should* any franchise have the goal to make their competitive scene as big as league? we know that nintendo even actively works against this. from the competitors’ side at least i can understand a need to sustaining the scene .

ngl if bluesky the company states they wont use users’ art for gen ai training but then the ceo posts ai imagery generated off of artwork scrapped without consent (whatever the intention), it tells me they don’t actually believe in what artists are asking for and why they ask for it.
