I was just removed without explanation from Ben Shapiro and TPUSA’s event at UT Austin. TPUSA apparently circulated my photo to security, which was waiting to kick me out as soon as I got in.

I do mostly agree with Ben. That said, the market, at least right now, is not rewarding knowledge or care. I know this first hand. The slop runs deep, and management is actively rewarding it.

Our brisket is $40/lb. Filling up our trucks is draining our finances. We like our firearms more than we like our neighbors. Something’s gotta give.

Rep. Michael Cloud on Talarico: "We don't need heresy -- heretical things coming out of his mouth that Texans don't believe in. We like our barbecue, we like our trucks, we like our firearms as well, we like our freedom. We don't want to go that path."

What problems are we solving here? This is just asinine.

How’s the view from the cuck chair, Ken?

Headquarters@headquartersnews.bsky.social

Trump: I have to say this about Ken Paxton. It's so insulting, they say, 'Sir, you can't say that.' I said, 'I have to.' But you may not like the way he dresses. I don't. You may not like the way he talks, and I can see that. You may not like the way he looks, and he may not be the best lookin' guy

Won’t be long now till there is an EO changing the name of this blue ball we inhabit to “Planet America”, and at this point why not?

Steve Liesman@steveliesman.bsky.social

Someone in the White House spent time today preparing an eo to rename Lake Ontario. The president spent time signing it. In economic terms, was the opportunity cost negative because they could have been doing something more important? Or positive, because they didn’t do something even dumber?

These MFs are all crooks, just like the POS they’re fellating.

definitely a choice for all these titans of crypto to kiss Trump's ass and trash Dems while on camera on the White House

In case you don't follow basketball, Royce White was only rostered on an NBA team for a single season. He was used as a substitute in just three games, scoring a total of zero points. He made the stat lines by fouling twice. This is an NBA washout trying desperately to cash in and find some fame.

A disgrace

The Pentagon removed the names of 4 servicemembers who died in Jordan from their official list of Iran war casualties. They explain that this is because "their deaths occurred after President Trump declared a cease-fire in the war in April." Free gift link: www.nytimes.com/2026/07/23/u...

So not Italian satellites or Venezuelan voting machines? Hmm.

So as long as we’re only bombing Iran for 18 years and 11 months we’re all good here.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

COLLINS: The US is bombing Iran again. You've been bombing Iran for months now. Is this just the new normal for the American people TRUMP: Well, we were in Vietnam for 19 years. We're here for four months.

LMAO Your colleagues on the other side of the aisle and their current leader will celebrate your imprisonment, death, or what have you when it’s your turn. Better to just keep your mouth shut. Your only reason for this take is you’re all after the same outcomes at the end of the day.

Both these headlines are from Texas this month. Texas sentenced anti-ICE protestors to 100 years in prison, but a serial pedophile to only 30 days. This is MAGA exemplified.

Maybe they should debate the fidelity of marriage instead? I’m sure Paxton has a lot to say about the 7th commandment.

Raffi Melkonian@rmfifthcircuit.bsky.social

I know this is political silly season, but I'd like to see Paxton articulate exactly what he means. Like, is it weird moaning noises while eating the barbecue or what?

BREAKING: Adam Hoffman has been released from jail for "good behavior." Hoffman is the Waco, TX attorney who faced life without parole for repeatedly raping a young boy, until Texas AG Ken Paxton offered him 1 day in jail and no need to register as a sex offender.

Just move the wedding to Kharg Island. Problem solved.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Q: Are you attending your son's wedding this weekend? TRUMP: Uhhhh. He'd like me to go. I'm gonna try and make it. I said, 'This is not good timing for me. I have a thing called Iran and other things.'

Prior to this he had the crowd list all the meats on the menu at this BBQ joint, then claimed Talarico wouldn’t come here. Says Texans simply cannot elect a vegan. (He isn’t.)

He "spent years quietly acquiring his arsenal," @bloomberg.com says about buying a pistol and a shotgun. If the media wants to say people with more than one gun (≈20% of US) have an "arsenal" and are inherently suspicious, fine, but they never talk about Republican gun policies that way.
