Dark flowers grew in the garden of a priest and once the flock was torn apart there was no one else to take but the holy man. Fearfully, he backs into the corner of requisite relics, praying for serenity from that which he has nurtured. #ink #inkdrawing #art #illustration #lovecraftian

Atop the keep wall is a treacherous spot when the snail crawls; directed by an enlightened instinct. Outside humble feudal moss is being worked by peasants, toiling away upon the shell for rewards which grow even slower than a mollusk moves. #penandink #illustration #art #snail #fantasy

Been a little preoccupied over the last week and not had time to make anything new to show. So heres a sketch made on a recent beach trip. #art #sketch #pencil

Since the scenario is set in July of 1927 I have put the scenario book on sale for the whole of this month. It is a great scenario to get started with #CallofCthulhu and for $3 it can be yours, Simply follow the link to #DriveThruRPG www.drivethrurpg.com/browse.php?d... #TTRPG #art #Sale

I’m not usually a war gaming guy but this last week I’ve been taken in by #Turnip28. The grungy illustrations are awesome. So here's my liquorice louse merchants which i’ll be working on casually #ink #inkdrawing #art #illustration #skirmish

We are stood on the precipice of a city where the King dances in tattered finary and the shadows run long in lakes of pure sun. There we can drink in songs of the moon while watching the black stars strangely rise! #ink #watercolour #illustration #art #artsky #callofcthulhu #KingInYellow #Hastur

Did my first ttrpg gaming convention this weeked, #awwgf on the @goodfriendsofje.bsky.social discord and had a great time. Thanks to everybody running it and providing games. I quickly made some themed assets to adorn the corners of my handouts and thought I'd share them here!

Like many before her, Lottie's thirst for knowledge exceeds her caution. A night reading the necronomicon really is an experience #penandink #illustration #art #callofcthulhu #ttrpg Loretta is is just one of the playable characters in my most recent Call of Cthulhu scenario, Lo & Behold

A waterfall sputters into a picturesque pool somewhere in a secluded section of forest. With nobody to come find you you might as well be invisible to the world, or better yet not exist at all. Yet, even alone you can vanish #penandink #illustration #art #inkart #callofcthulhu #ttrpg

The spot’s a mile past church street; obscured by bushes and trees. You can barely see it from the road but I promise you it’s there. A place where the gentle drink crawled to die, and new moonshiners dance with bootleggers on its shallow grave #penandink #illustration #art #callofcthulhu #ttrpg

Add wooden features as-and-when you please (even to the wheels). A fancy car should look like a delicately filigreed wardrobe - only with greater movement potential. #penandink #illustration #inkdrawing #art #cthulhucars

In the last week I have learnt more about 1920s cars than I ever needed. In many ways I’ve become an expert … in more ways I have not. The philosophy of the time seemed to be, take your finest bath or bucket, stick in a sofa, & attach an engine. #penandink #illustration #inkart #art #cthulhucars

Sometimes it’s good to have a place to reflect, especially in TTRPGs. Maybe a diner with good coffee? #penandink #illustration #inkart #art #artsky #americana #callofcthulhu

All signs pointed to the attic, a dusty abandoned room for the once-loved. Having stayed the night and heard the sounds of fleshy mastication emanating from above, Lisa consigned herself to inspecting every corner, torch in hand. #TTRPGs #CallofCthulhu #art #illustration #inkandpaper #artsky #ink

The book began to rise; fluorescing with an artificial sallowness. Still, it was bound between the candles and the glyph, or so he thought. In a great flash of sound, a sheet of solid light whipped towards the PI. He was losing control fast, like the others. #TTRPGs #CallofCthulhu #art #inkandpaper
