Canada is leaving Starlink and will ban it in Canada “ASAP.” Not “reviewing,” not “studying options,” not “monitoring the situation.” Canada understands the danger of Elon’s partnership with Trump and Putin “deeply,” according to one

Our candidate for Michigan’s US Senate! Abdul values peace, dignity and basic goodness for all our kids—no bullying.

Abdul El-Sayed@abdulelsayed.bsky.social

When JFK ran, they said the country would never elect a Catholic president. When Obama ran, they said the country would never elect a Black president. Michiganders care a lot less about how I pray than what I pray for: peace, dignity, basic goodness for all of our kids.

If Putin stops fighting, the war ends. If Zelensky stops fighting then his country will be occupied, leaders murdered, language banned, businesses stolen, children kidnapped. That's what happens in Russian-occupied Ukraine.

Who is this Russell Dickert who has scrubbed his social media, after beating up a woman and pulling her hair at a Trump Rally? Also who is Gary and Clint? Does anyone know?

Under Trump: More layoffs. No new job creation. No entry level jobs for college graduates, except stocking shelves at grocery store or babysitting. CEO’s rake in profits for themselves and fire workers, simply replacing them with AI.

Robert Reich@rbreich.bsky.social

Netflix is laying off 1,000 workers — its largest layoff ever. In 2025, Netflix had a net income of $11 billion (up 26%). Its CEO was paid $53M (255x more than the median employee). And it just raised prices for the second time in just over a year. Corporate greed in a nutshell.

Wirh Trump, about half way through his term comes plague season. Instead of China, this time it’s Russia.

It seems that along with tRump comes the plagues. A 20-year-old woman just died of what is suspected to be the pneumonic plague in Russia. 200 people have been quarantined. #ProudBlue #RFKJR #PneumonicPlague share.newsbreak.com/jrotbp8i?s=i16

Like what the AF? Kevin Warsh received a $200 million bribe to lead the Federal Reserve. No one knows exactly where the money came from to entice him? This is the problem with private investors, private capital, and shell corporations. Dark money is plaguing America.

Hoodlum 🇺🇸@nothoodlum.bsky.social

I don’t remember anyone giving Jerome Powell a check for $100 million. Who gave it to Kevin Warsh, days before he was confirmed and why?

Jack Smith summarized the problem right here:

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Jack Smith: "History teaches that the rule of law is rarely destroyed all at once. It's often weakened by attacks on the institutions and the public servants sworn to uphold it. Since January 2025, we have witnessed precisely such an effort."

URGENT: CALL YOUR SENATORS! The Senate is expected to vote today on S.Res.852, led by Sen. Chris Van Hollen, which demands an a U.S. State Department investigation into human rights abuses in the West Bank. At least 9 American citizens have been killed since 2022 with no accountability.

Art of the Dumbest Deal—and Belarus even said it was a lie.

Ron Filipkowski@ronfilipkowski.bsky.social

Art of the Deal is buying fertilizer from a Putin-aligned repressive dictator and paying to ship it 6,000 miles from his landlocked and sanctioned country so you can teach Canada a lesson.

The power of advertising. The crypto scam funders of the Super Pacs know MAGA mental cases are so easily manipulated —it’s as easily as taking vote candy from baby.

Robert Reich@rbreich.bsky.social

Fairshake, the crypto industry's main super PAC, says it will spend $30M to defeat Democrat Sherrod Brown in Ohio's Senate race as revenge for Democrats defeating the pro-crypto CLARITY Act. But don't expect any of their ads to actually mention crypto. Watch.

ICE attacked a food delivery driver yesterday in Austin—shooting him through his car window. For being Brown. None of this is normal.

Robert Reich@rbreich.bsky.social

Trump’s ICE thugs shot 28-year-old Wilber Rafael Garces Perez through his car window as he was delivering food yesterday in Austin, Texas. His wife and lawyer were reportedly denied access to see him in the hospital, and ICE is now trying to deport him. This violence must end. Abolish ICE.

Really they should find the worst picture of Trump and display it with text or audio when reporting on him. The recent one of Trump attacking a journalist, looking like a deranged lunatic, should work.

It’s not “an oil deal with Venezuela.” It’s Trump kidnapping an autocrat, refusing to hold elections, then leaving the remainder of the regime in place but only if they allow him to pillage their natural resources, which they are doing to remain in power oppressing the people.

Reminder: Kushner-Trump provides Israel with $3.8 billion of our tax dollars in annual military aid under their 10-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that runs from FY 2019-FY 2028, for the “defense purpose” of genocidal removal of Palestinians from Gaza and West Bank to steal MORE land.

Our new ad is out: "We're scaring the billionaires."  When you aren't funded by AIPAC & Silicon Valley, you can back popular, bipartisan issues like a data center moratorium & stopping endless wars. That's how we will win this primary and then defeat Tom Barrett in November.

Sue Romulus reposted

I'm the only candidate in MI07 who can call for federal moratorium on data centers because I'm not funded by Big Tech. My opponent Bridget Brink wants to leave locals to fend for themselves against tech oligarchs, and Matt Maasdam wants to build in your backyard as soon as possible.
