Ready for more... 🔥 #FactsfromtheRevolution🔥 In 1789, the Estates-General became the National Assembly. The Third Estate deputies were elected by active citizens (taxpaying men). The Constituent Assembly was dominated by moderate elites. Suffrage was based on property, excluding the poorest.
