SB 1.1 Alpha 4 brings with it, not only continued growth of the new points system but also tons of other updates and fixes as well as a new integration with OBSBOT

As a lot of you have noticed, version 1.0.5 quickly went to 1.0.7. This was due to a needed bug fix and to address an issue where people had to be signed into the SB website to use the updater Grab 1.0.7 Stable to enjoy Twitch Custom Power Ups, YouTube Jewels and so much more

1.0.5 Beta 4 was released last night and since our last post we have gotten questions about @elgato.com MCP support for SB: MCP creates a virtual 32-key deck, allowing local AI models, external apps like streamer.bot to programmatically trigger your Stream Deck actions.

This issue has been fixed

Once again, our API went down and we are getting it fixed. Those of you with current alpha of 1.0.5 shouldn't have a problem launching the bot as a fix is in it. No we're not saying "Go spend $6 to fix it" as the downloads are part of the API, so you cant upgrade to alpha atm.

Twitch finally ended access to HypeTrain v1 events in EventSub and v2 events are the only supported version moving forward. This means any versions of streamer.bot older than 1.0.4 & speaker.bot versions older than 0.1.6 will no longer work with Twitch. BE SURE YOU ARE UP TO DATE!!

My fellow Bluesky peeps! You can now automatically update your 'LIVE' badges with @streamer.bot A new update is up now, with a brand new action. It's already ready out of the box, simply enable the action and your badge will turn on when you go live on Twitch. And disable itself once go offline.
