Voting by mail is evil and corrupt...for you.... because Trump just voted by mail, again, for the second time this year.

I don't post too often about politics. But this annoyed the hell out of me because, in my old age, I always need to vote by mail. In today's Florida Primary election, our President voted by mail. But it is fraud if everyone else in the country does that. Does this make sense to anyone?

82 years ago today, I was born in the Bronx, New York. I have lived in New York City ever since. Most recently for the last 54 years in Rego Park, Queens.

A proposed rule fueled by Trump’s conspiracy theories would require the USPS to keep a list of voters it believes should be allowed to vote by mail—and give them the power to hold those ballots hostage. Urge them to say NO and help protect voting by mail: act.standupamerica.com/letters/cte-...

Trump gets: - $100M arch - $1B ballroom fund - A gold coin with his face on it - A $1.8B slush fund for his MAGA buddies Meanwhile, he's left Americans with higher grocery bills, higher health care costs, and higher gas prices.

@mayor.nyc.gov In my opinion, even though I am retired and live in Queens, for the convenience of Long Island commuters who are inconvenienced by the strike, congestion pricing should be put on hold during the strike. Why should they have to pay even more to get to work during this time?

I live in New York City. I can't remember a winter like this before ever in my life, where it is so cold for so long. I blame it on Trump and the Republicans.

@stephenking.bsky.social I just streamed THE LONG WALK on Starz, and I am exhausted. A really great movie with many great performances. I had not read the book, so everything was new to me.

@iamjulianhilliard.bsky.social (2 of 2). Maybe I misunderstood this part, but I have a question about near the end. Craig gives Casey two tickets to a concert in Dallas that they plan to attend together. How can Casey go to it if she is heading back to California? You were young in the movie.

@iamjulianhilliard.bsky.social I just streamed CASEY MAKES A MIXTAPE. I enjoyed it and you in it very much. The original MTV was great with all music videos. I have about 250 mixed tapes that I recorded my favorite cuts from my 5,000 LPs from the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. (1 of 2)

I am proud of myself and my taste in streaming series. Three of my favorite series this past year received multiple Emmy awards on Sunday: THE PITT, THE STUDIO, and my favorite series of the last several years, ADOLESCENCE, with one of my all-time favorite acting performances by Owen Cooper.

@iamjulianhilliard.bsky.social My three favorite streaming series won Emmys: The Studio, which I know you saw and loved. THE PITT and ADOLESCENCE. The last one is my very favorite of the last few years, with the best young actor performance of the year by Emmy winner Owen Cooper. Did you see them?

@iamjulianhilliard.bsky.social If you like stuff, Stephen King, then you should stream the series THE INSTITUTE on MGM+. It is great.

I'd love to personally thank RFKjr. for possibly making many vulnerable seniors more susceptible to COVID and especially The Flu, including me. He is doing a great job.

I guess Trump's tariffs are starting to hurt the consumer. Every Sunday, I check out online sales and prices of items I usually buy and want at CVS. Today, I discovered many of those prices have gone up 15 to 20%. I guess if I want them, there will be no more A/C for me this summer in my hot apt.

@iamjulianhilliard.bsky.social After my 35 years in the movie industry when I never paid to see a movie, I get this every year now and still do not have to pay for any movies in theatres.

@iamjulianhilliard.bsky.social Did you ever stream on Netflix: ADOLESCENE?. It is the best series I have seen this year so far.

@iamjulianhilliard.bsky.social I didn't really like the current episode of STUDIO.

I was very saddened by Jay North's passing. I was honored to have met him and spend some time with him at his 16th birthday party. It was a nighttime party with all adults, except for Jay. I was 22 at the time. This is how he looked at our meeting.

@washingtonpost.com I wish I had a subscription to your newspaper, so I could cancel it.

TO DOGE. The 5 things I did last week. 1) I checked my SS account online every day. 2) I checked my Food stamp account online every day. 3) I checked my bank account every day to make sure the government did not take any of my money. 4) I paid my rent. 5) I paid my utilities.
