I wish I was joking when I say excruciating 🥲 I'm so glad it only lasts a week at most every time it happens. I'm on max dose of an extra strength painkiller and I'm still crying out in pain whenever I lift my arm. If you've met me, you know that's at least an 8 on the pain scale 😵‍💫 shit hurts

It's a rough morning. I didnt sleep cause my shoulder is doing the excruciating freezing thing again and I went to the walk in to get a gvt form signed for yet another income assistance application only to find out that they've changed their hours without updating any of the times on any sites.

It's so weird having weekends off 😭 I never know what to do with myself I haven't had a job with designated weekends off since I started working at 15 yrs
