Things aren’t improving……

The statistic is routinely over 10%. Appropriate, on the day that the Courts Bill returns to Parliament. The restriction on jury trial has gone but removing the right to elect trial remains, as does the doubling of work in the Magis’ Court, which already has a bigger backlog than the Crown Court
