this is how i feel about bluesky; i haven't managed to harness as big of an audience or rebuild my audience other platforms besides this one.. a long while back i tried restarting on twitter, but the reach is super bad. it bothered me at how my posts sometimes wouldn't be seen by anyone

that's not saying just give up and never boycott anything either! it's just saying do not start boycotting with the parts that secure your livelihood as long as there are no replacements. none of us can be 100% perfect

i am grateful for any amount of consideration people have for my art. i just take issue on other platforms when i have 60 people following me and it isn't seen by the majority of them most of the time, only reaching one or three people or even no one at all

bluesky is using AI, fourthwall is using AI, patreon is using AI, twitch is using AI, my tiny german internet host in the middle of nowhere is using AI - unfortunately everything tech related will be touched by this shit somehow. all you can do is disable it best you can and tell them it sucks

it has come to my late realization that INPRNT has a withdrawal minimum of $100 and the process is slow-- so i'm considering possibly switching to something else for my shop
