Finally, the first Saturday in 14 weeks without rain

The second time I’ve seen a deer in broad daylight on the marsh. It also seemed confused as to why it was there.

I don’t usually see the turkeys flying around the salt marsh, but I suppose they know what they’re doing better than I.

The first snow of the season! Too bad it’ll rain tonight and melt it away

A sunrise shot of the restrooms area before the leaves fell

I had no idea the Morgan library is this amazing. They even have a couple first edition Gutenberg Bibles on display. Definitely worth a visit

Sure do enjoy getting a “final notice” for a certified letter without getting a 1st or 2nd, then going to get it and they already sent it back. The Final was in my box no more than 2 days. They also can’t say who sent it. Hopefully whatever it is, it’s not time sensitive. Real nice job #USPS 🤦🏻‍♂️

A lovely 6’ receipt from Lowe’s for some of the year-end maintenance and improvements. Fortunately sending it to bid knocked 38% off the final bill

One of the local critter management specialists enjoying the lack of people

The Fall colors are getting close to their peak. It’ll probably be throughout the upcoming week

I finally made the jump from twitter. Thanks to @dermotncosgrove.bsky.social for the code to get in! Looking forward to some new turf
