ICE is out of control. They are the source of the violence and can never be its remedy. In the short term, the only answer is for them to cease operations in Minnesota and leave. Immediately. In the slightly longer term, ICE must be dismantled and abolished. They cannot be reformed.

More than that DHS needs to be abolished and replaced with something less like the FSB or KGB. ICE must absolutely be replaced with something less like the Gestapo and a less military-like budget. They cannot be reformed.
