The legend that is writer Dennis Paoli taking centre stage at the Q&A for the North American premiere of Full Moon Rising last Tuesday night, at Brooklyn Horror Film Festival!

Joyous evening at the Garden Cinema for the first London presentation of Josh Thompson's fab new doc KINGDOM FUNGI. The reception to it was very warm & enthusiastic, with a lovely q&a session after with Josh, me and my fellow myconauts featured in the film, Andy Overall, Nikki Conway & Max Mudie.

Kiyoshi Kurosawa, Takashi Shimizu and more will bring to life the terrors of the NIGHT TALES CLUB. Watch the first teaser within.

Just to weigh in on the “sole female director at Venice” conversation… many women, like me, have written fiction feature films that have been considered good enough for great producers to onboard. Then they can’t get the funding because financiers don’t understand women’s perspective or “gaze”.
