I am excited to be in SF, so many people are in the city, already planning to meet some friends for the first time, a road trip with some friends, and guess what first time doing a talk in Bay area. But wait not one but two talks. If you are in SF , DM me and let's meet.

Fun fact: I've barely ever met Shivay in India 🇮🇳 But outside India? Multiple times. Different countries, different conferences, same smile 😄 This time: All Things Open 2026 in Raleigh, with Juan Pablo too. At this point I'm convinced Shivay is everywhere 🌍 #ATO2026

I still remember my first contribution to NgRx in 2019. I was in Pune and didn’t know anyone outside work. My network was colleagues and people I’d taught Angular. Once I started contributing, things changed. Most of my work opportunities came from this GitHub profile. 🧵

So interact with maintainers online & offline. Go to meetups and conferences. Meet people. Build something together. That’s how the new Unified Angular DevTools started: I met Erkam Yaman in Istanbul, and now we’re collaborating on an amazing project 🚀 #OpenSource #Angular

The CI checks are the ones I care most about: • nx affected / turbo --affected on a shallow checkout • nx affected with no base set • Turbo test task with no ^ dependsOn • workspace imports missing from package.json, so affected runs skip the importer's tests
