I love when I can capture the rain drops! My Nasturtium's are doing great this year.

While camping we had a smelly little visitor who refused to leave. Someone threw a paper plate in the burning pit!

Seems like this little guy is late for its trip to Mexico.

Went to our local dam to fish yesterday and these fungi were everywhere on the water. It was actually a scene from a horror movie! 😵‍💫 Didn't catch one fish all day!

Walked outside to another gift from above! Thank you Lord!

"Surveillance Pricing" Retailers are keeping data on every purchase we make online or in a store. Basically, what is happening is: 2 people go to the same store and purchase the same identical items, one person could be charged more due to their past purchases. It is happening to all of us!

Some of my last flowers before the frost gets them!

Surveillance Pricing is the practice of collecting personal information about consumers and charging different prices to individuals for the same goods or services. If 2 people go to the exact same store and buy identical items one can be charged more due to their personal data! Look it up!😠

This was growing in my lawn and the next day it was cupped.

Went fishing and only caught a big freshwater snail. It snagged on my hook, but I had to get a picture. before I placed it back where it came from. 😊

Sad to see these days are coming to an end! Winter will be here way too soon!

Snapped this photo right before it closed its wings.

This little bee has been busy its pollen basket looks full.

I woke up pretty early the other morning, and this was waiting for me!

This little guy was spotted while out walking in the woods. Nature is amazing.😊

Love these butterflies. I tried numerous times to get the photo and each time it closed its wings. Still just as beautiful to me.

Was kind of creepy----we were kayaking and these were everywhere along the shoreline for about 150 yards. I stayed away from the shoreline 😵‍💫.🕷️🕷️🕷️

Tis the season!

Camping at one of our state parks and had a few visitors.

Came upon these little guys while out walking in the woods.

Had a visitor today! It was looking right at me. 😁

Busy little bee full of pollen!

Not sure what happened but the poor guy looks damaged in the back end. It was still zipping from one flower to another.

This is home!

I love the smell of the Water Lily!

The mountain across from our home is now covered with Canadian wildfire smoke. The smell burns the sinus.

Mid-day sun trying to make its way through the Canadian wildfire smoke. Bad enough we've had the blazing heat and now we get to add the smoke. It's bad today!

The perfection always amazes me. Nature works wonders!

My first sunflower for the year has bloomed.

Just a little peach colored zinnia. 😊

This little cutie grew from a pack of wildflower seeds. Not sure what it is but it's pretty!

One of our favorite walking paths.

I tossed a small pumpkin into our compost bin 2yrs ago. Last year my bin was overrun with pumpkin seeds growing and I thought we were over it. I have only one growing this year and needless to say this is a result of not having the heart to destroy it. I just can't destroy something so pretty! 🥺

Sometimes we plant the seeds and get what we get!

Pure beauty! Every day I wake up to see the sunrise is a blessing!

This old oak tree mass is amazing.

Love this time of year!

The calm before the storm!

Early morning visitors.

Early mornings are the best!

This is what I love about mornings!

Our Crab Apple tree had another year of beautiful blooms.

Accurate and Very Well Said….

I still build a snowman when I get the chance. I might be old, but I still like to play in the snow!

A little ice on the old crabapple tree this morning.

Early mornings are the best!

Just a touch of warmer days gone by.

Had never heard of @defiance13.bsky.social before, but this piece on Healthcare and what politics is doing to it excellent. I work in healthcare, and it is truly scary. Worth a listen. #healthcare #democracy #politics #medicaid #capitalism #aaca #reform #socialdemocracy #economics #equality

This was such a great place to go and wander through the many trees to find just the biggest and fattest tree we could fit in our living room. Unfortunately, the owners retired and so we only have the memories of the fun and laughter we shared during the search. 🥲
