Very specific request: Presti is seeking office space in Paris with 10+ seats. Preferably a startup with extra space to sublet. If you have any leads or suggestions, please get in touch!

Please help! I want to automate a lead qualification process. I have a list of emails, I'd like the GPT to browse each domain name and be able to tell me if it's a furniture company or not. OpenAI API isn't able to browse a website. What do you advise?

The 3 main YC learnings that I keep repeating to myself everyday (they’re basic but powerful): 1/ You improve what you focus on 2/ The more work you put, the more result you get 3/ Speed of execution is a moat

There are 2 paths in life: - (1) Earn -> Save -> Invest -> Retire - (2) Build -> Scale -> Sell The best outcome for (1) is to retire at 65 yo. The best outcome for (2) it to retire 5 years from now. Which one do you choose?

Is there a better feeling? Pushed some buggy code to prod. 🐞 INSTANTLY got 2 live chat messages from customers. Adrenaline kicked in to fix it, of course. But it reminded me—people CARE about what we’re building @presti_ai. And honestly, is there anything better than that?

My minimalist blog is gaining some traction 📈 700+ views on my latest Y Combinator article! Writing is real fun! Planning on releasing 1 article per week. Every Tuesday.

The power of niching down: 1. It's easier to find exactly where your customers are 2. You show up where your generic competitors wouldn’t dare to look My co-founder @bennis_ham is at the Furniture Today leadership conference, in Naples, FL. (kinda old school vibes I admit 🤣)

Bitcoin has reached the US$ 100,000 milestone. 💛 It's HUGE. But my heart goes to Ether. 🩶 I'm very bullish on Ether. My simple outsider analysis (I don't follow crypto much): 🧵

4. No fluff Unlike many altcoins driven by hype and memes, Ethereum’s value lies in its utility and real-world applications. It’s a serious platform for serious projects, not a playground for pump-and-dump schemes.

2. Energy consumption Ethereum made a massive leap with "The Merge". Transitioning from proof-of-work to proof-of-stake. This move reduced its energy consumption by over 99%. This is the natural progression of the world.

3. Now included in ETFs Just like Bitcoin, there are Ether-based ETFs right now. It's the path to mainstream adoption, with traditional investors and companies now being able to invest easily on Ether.

1. The constant innovation Ether isn’t just a currency—it’s the backbone of decentralized applications (dApps). Its network, Ethereum, powers smart contracts, NFTs, DeFi protocols, and more. While Bitcoin is digital gold, Ether is the infrastructure shaping Web3.

3 MUST-read if you want to start building wealth: 1. The Millionaire Fastlane, by MJ DeMarco 2. The Almanack Of Naval Ravikant, by Eric Jorgenson 3. Miracle Morning, by Hal Elrod What should I add to this list?
