Medium Buying reported late last night that Vivek Ramaswamy's campaign is converting all its ad buys to 30-second hits, and that TV stations were "scrambling" to confirm with the campaign. The Hag from Hell ad is 60 seconds long. So he's likely pulling it.

My understanding is that both refused the appointment. DeWine told them to figure it out, even going as far to have Jay Edwards on tap if they didn't. But Husted blinked first like he always does, and he took an exile to DC that he hates. He's hoping Vivek loses so he can run for governor in 2030.
