I swore I was done with umpiring very little kid baseball games, but I filled in for a sick kid who couldn’t make it. I don’t care what anyone says: the younger they are, the harder it is to umpire. It was somehow fun, but totally crazy.

First time umpiring with a plate coat. I like it! No more fiddling with ball bags on my belt and you stay pretty warm once the sun goes down.
