If you want to boost your empathy level, I recommend watching Steve Hartman pieces. I think if everyone watched his videos, the world would be a better place.

I asked ChatGPT to roast me. This was the funniest bit. "You spend twelve hours a day trying to automate programming so you can spend twelve hours a day programming automation."

There a common anti-AI sentiment that AI gives rich people the access to skill without effort. This is true, but there is opposite corollary that it gives the non-wealthy the ability to delegate tasks. Which is something that I value.

I have a site hosted on Cloudflare free, I am afraid to release it, because I don't want to owe a huge bill to Cloudflare, anyone have any history with that? Should I just release it. It exists, I just don't want to promote it yet.

If buying isn't owning, then piracy isn't theft, but piracy already wasn't theft. Theft requires you to remove ownership of an item and give it to yourself. Piracy emulates ownership out of whole cloth. Nothing is lost. Not saying it is just or moral, it just isn't theft.

We are generally at the point where you can ask an agent to write an app for you, and it will, and it will work. But is a far cry from an agent that has a concept of usability or design. You still have to make a good product that people want.

I really want to try that chicken from videos on social media where they bread and fry a whole bird, then roughly cut it into like five pieces. and wrap it in some paper.

I am not sure that I have ever seen a spell check system made better by the addition of modern AI... Until now. The spell check in Edge seems really nice.

You can not punish your way out of crime. Prison up to and including the death penalty is in ineffective at preventing crime. The only thing that reduces crime is eliminating the environments that reward crime. Poverty, Homelessness and poor education.

Great video. My biggest problem with DLS5 is that it disrupts the sanctity of art design and intention. Calling it a gooner filter is not too far off.

Here is where we are with modern AI models like Claude 4.6 and ChatGPT 5.4. With a complicated, detailed prompt, you can potentially one shot a working Minimum viable product. You certainly wouldn't be done. If you are a programmer, you are going to be able to get more out AI than a non-programmer.

The ten commandments are generally good guidelines, and there is a lot of wisdom in the Bible. that being said, I consider myself a non-theist I don't disbelieve in god, I consider it a currently unknowable concept.
