The true scandal should be about how Schmitt got the text messages, "I don't think you know that we have this stuff." Sounds like something underhanded was going on.

If we bought a few less bombs, we could probably afford nice things. One thing I'd like to see from the next presidency would be to appoint a special commission to prepare a report on the actual cost to defend the United States from attack. Not foreign wars. Just the cost to defend this country.

You know, going back to pre-9/11 security is a possibility. There's enough passive protections to prevent another attack like that.

Are you guys aware that ICE is funded through September 2029? That’s why a partial government shut down won’t affect them and why they’ll now be doing domestic terrorism at airports. None of this stuff is legitimate. It’s all illegal and unconstitutional. Don’t ever get confused about it.

Why? Are you shopping for what kind of prison you'll end up in?

Christian Nationalist Logic: "We're gotta waste millions of dollars killing folks in a useless war because Jesus is powerless to just come back himself and start Armageddon if we don't. He needs our help, y'all! Glory!"

Why as an American would I want a special protector to have "humility and restraint"? We should want them all to be rabid and unshackled in rooting out corruption and criminality!

I think it's timely for a reboot of The Tommyknockers. Make it about AI promising to advance human productivity but really draining their souls. Lose most of the current plot points about townspeople in Maine, the miniseries already covered that well.

The Wild Robot, The King of Kings, The Life Of Chuck, The Long Walk, The SpongeBob Movie: Search for Squarepants. Five completely diverse films, unified solely by the word “the” (and me). 2025 was quite THE year. #HappyNewYear

Aliens vs Terminators, I have script ideas.

If you were a despotic president, what movie would you force Hollywood to make? I want to see Quentin's Star Trek movie or maybe Kill Bill Vol 3.

I know these guys are all dumber than a sack of hammers, but it is fascinating to see the military decide “logistics are gay” in real time

You put all the military brass in a room and made them listen to two morons tell them to hire white men and do pushups until the enemy gives up. I hope some experts in logistics and comms figure out a better solution to the idiocy and illegality coming from the top.

I don't think a meathead like Hegseth could run logistics for a convenience store let alone a military. Wars are no longer won by muscle, but by planning and people pushing buttons from beyond the horizon, and America should want to keep it that way.

In summary: The hateful Charlie Kirk was shot by the acolyte of a more hateful version of Charlie Kirk. It wasn’t any of the imaginary bogeymen they were hoping for. Just a case of them slowly drowning in their own hate.

Elizabeth Warren on people who say Dems needs to tone down their rhetoric: "Oh, please. Why don't you start with the president of the United States? And every ugly meme he's posted and every ugly word."

If you sell software and lock the uninstaller behind a login to a support site and require a support contract, your fingers should be broken as a lesson to all other programmers. Something worse should happen to their managers.
