Just got back from watching Deliver Me From Nowhere. Not what I was expecting at all. I can see why some reviewers were confused, as it's not really a biopic, it's more about male mental health. A man is spiralling down into depression and is becoming suicidal. However, as his dad (literally)...

Both Jeremy Allen White and Jeremy Strong were outstanding, as is the direction. One of those 'crafted' films where every single shot and object on screen tells you something. Harrowing in parts, but deserves any awards it is put up for.
