Buttons pushed, the thing is done, I don't really feel any kinda one way or another at the moment.

This man was an absolute gem of a human and told me so many great stories and some crazy ones about hanging out with Jackie Shane. I'll miss this guy. Last of a rare breed in Nashville sadly. Go to Jefferson St Sound Museum of ever here in Nashville. RIP! www.newschannel5.com/news/state/t...

My new favorite country band thanks to @honkytonkheart.bsky.social

I have seen the bowels of hell!

Choices, choices...do I head into to Alan Jackson's Silverbelly dumpster delly or Lainey Wilson's Bell Bottoms yuck dive? Or, do I just throw myself in the street into the traffic in between? #lowerbroadsucks

Never lend your records to anyone!!

Don't talk about these things here much but my wife is a middle school educator. What happened in Oregon yesterday could happen here any time and that weighs heavy on me. More people seem to be more excited to talk about the good guy with a gun than the kids and adult who didn't go home. So sick.

Ok, Animal Crossing is totally screwing with me!

The irony of me being put in charge of representing a state agency at a career fair is not at all lost on me! 😂

My ancient older than me Gene Krupa Slingerland hi-hat stand is beat to hades and back but I Iove it. We've been lots of places together over the past 20 years.

Rain turned the porch jam into a garage jam. Got the porch setup happening tonight.

Get used to it youtu.be/oCN6CfjUQv8?...

Bullwinkle explains payola.

Trollin' all y'all from Huntsville, Alabamy!

One of those rare weeks I get to treat every night like Friday night. I could get really used to this. Gonna be really sad next Monday.

Walmart is one of the strangest places in the US. Not really sure what to make of this...squishy... banana 🍌??

While this looks to be an interesting event practically in my backyard, I'll likely not go for reasons kept to myself. wpln.org/post/henry-r...

As a kid in the early 80's in the middle of the Bible belt, Venom is what scared our parents into nightmares so of course we loved them! Sad to hear of Cronos passing way to young at 63. Lay down Your Soul the Gods Rock n Roll! youtu.be/1kbon057vPk?...

Sinday Sunday here's your sermon straight from the Nashville Zoo, beware the deadly sin of sloth!

Finally a break in the weather and we can breathe outside. Wife and I Hangin' with the critters at the Nashville Zoo.

The struggle is real.

Found a prominent piece of my awesomely misspent youth on the interwebs, a flyer from Bad Brins' first time in Nashville, August of 1989. I had just turned 19. Bad Brains melted our faces. My copy of this flyer sadly disappeared over time.

Working from home today. Next door house is going on auction in a couple hours. This is what I expect it to sound like. youtu.be/pPqzfiesoJY?...
