Cel here .... It's a big WOW from me ... Our Dean & Steph has done us proud .... with this wild boar ..... all butchered and now being hung in the fridge and after a day or 3 then the joints will be frozen (by the butcher. of course) as its to big for a domestic freezer 😀😀👍

Me and Cel have been sorting out the "Christmas list" also I have checked the feed supp's which are some of the best I've seen a while , and one of the new flour has been tested and approved by Cel .. and its bloody tasty too ... and the new yeast imparts a nice flavour

Me and Cel just got back .... and someone (Steph) has done some pickling (chill pickle beetroots) in a sweet'N'sour pickling vinegar) these are not for the feigned hearted... all the yellow/pink ones are the best for this as they tend to be quiet peppery to start with

one just like this , is our Floss's Christmas present . its a 80cc which i have goverened to around 25mph/40 kph its now newly rebulit, fork seals replaced , repaired seat cover , exhaust repaired ... I think she'll be over the moon , we can go trail riding on the farm now 👍😀
