Sam Journet has resigned from Essex County Council's cabinet following disagreements over support for children with special educational needs. But his record is littered with controversy, including an arrest on suspicion of stalking and harassment and bullying.

Joel Tetlow mocked a visually impaired candidate as a 'Stevie Wonder lookalike'. Hyndburn leader Munsif Dad has demanded he be held accountable and there are calls for suspension. This shows Reform tolerates ableism.

Reform UK presides over a misogynistic, coercive culture. Amanda Bland quit alleging months of intimidation by Malcolm Offord and Martyn Greene and an exclusive 'group of four' running decisions.

Farage blamed 'staff incompetence' and 'busy businessmen' after Reform UK's economic launch sat half-empty. Blame-shifting exposes organisational failure and weak appeal to the guests they invited.

Farage attacked Burnham for pledging a referendum on restoring freedom of movement while ignoring ONS figures: EU nationals were just 9% of long-term immigration in 2025. Reform’s £11.9bn Universal Credit claim counts households with a foreign national and is misleading as a migrant-only cost.

Farage failed to declare a £5m gift. Reform will appeal an expected adverse Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards ruling, defending him instead of upholding transparency.

Reform UK forces the public to police its own councillors by asking for names, dates and evidence. That exposes a party without internal accountability.

Reform failed to include legally required imprints on social posts and a newspaper advert and was fined. Missing the payment deadline increased the penalty to £2,187.50. This is basic transparency they could not be bothered to get right.

Reform is collapsing: third in the polls at 22%. Donations fallout, allegations of racism and waves of suspensions and resignations have destroyed public support.

Undercover footage of a senior aide admitting Farage described the £5m as a Brexit “reward” contradicts the security explanation and deepens questions for a parliamentary standards investigation into whether the payment should have been declared.

Clatworthy’s decision to appear with a group whose co‑founder has a fraud conviction, and his profanity‑fuelled response to criticism, exposes a failure of judgement and weak oversight over who gains access to civic spaces.

Footage shows Farage seeking an apology while advisers privately branded Parry "clearly a racist", a leadership decision that kept a candidate who told David Lammy to "go home" in place until his later suspension.

Senior staff admitting they 'defend the indefensible', while Farage blocked sacking of a candidate who told David Lammy to 'go back to the Caribbean' and a councillor linked to a white‑supremacist dating site was treated as 'not a resignation issue',a clear vetting failure.

Reform’s public disowning of Jenrick’s lethal-force language exposes a split: party rhetoric opened the door to potentially unlawful orders, risking harm to unarmed migrants and British service personnel.

Nigel Farage has been forced to clarify Reform UK’s position after Robert Jenrick said Royal Marines deployed to the Channel could use “lethal force” against people crossing in small boats.

Independent reporting said abolishing the asylum tribunal would affect about 90,000 people with appeal cases. Labour called the proposals “a clear sign of desperation and weakness.”

The non‑binding motion included a Joe Martin proposal to give foreign nationals three months to find private housing or face deportation; Anthony Slaughter and Peter Fox condemned the plan, while Sian Gwenllian emphasised asylum seekers are not provided social housing.

In an entirely unforeseeable development, Reform UK has investigated itself over the donations sting that engulfed Nigel Farage’s inner circle and concluded that Reform UK did nothing illegal.

Reform’s attack relied on an anonymously sourced account of Fiona Bruce’s remarks. The BBC says she has consistently described the programme’s vetting procedures as robust.
