WATCH — @abdulelsayed.bsky.social to ABC: “An ally that takes your money to push you into wars you shouldn’t be fighting is not an ally… I think it’s time for us to realize Israel is not actually our friend.”

SCOOP: 'Tommy' from the now-viral exchange with Abdul El-Sayed is Thomas Teepell, a former staffer for Republican Senator Josh Hawley with close ties to Christian Nationalist Sean Feucht. He's the son of a former Bobby Jindal staffer whose consultant work was instrumental in getting Hawley elected.
For fucks sake she is so evil. Get her the hell out of the senate
Q: Can you name a time when you voted against Trump and it changed the outcome? SUSAN COLLINS: At one point, I had organized people to vote against Sec. Hegseth. At the very last minute one of our Republicans changed his mind. Otherwise he would've been defeated. Q: So it didn't change the outcome

You think this is about implying that El-Sayed is an immigrant but no, it's about El-Sayed not being white. A person of color could live here for a thousand years (indeed, some have) and still be told to be "grateful."
JD Vance calls El-Sayed "a little weasel who should shut his mouth and show a little gratitude"

Why is he so obsessed with us?
Trump: "They want to cut your children. It's unbelievable what they do. Your son leaves as Jimmy and comes home in three days as Janet, and they don't even ask you. They can take your child out of school and do whatever the hell they want. Minnesota is one of those states."
To The Hague immediately
BRENNAN: Nidal Hasan is in a wheelchair. Doesn't the administration risk livestreaming this and making him a martyr? Couldn't this be a risk to the homeland? MARKWAYNE MULLIN: No one has to watch it B: Well then why are you livestreaming it? MULLIN: The president is restoring American values

Trump’s obsession with demonizing the Somali community is dangerous and reprehensible. Hate to break it to him: Somali Minnesotans are resilient. We will not let Trump intimidate us. Our neighbors have our back.
Trump tries to start a race war: "The once Great State of Minnesota is being taken over by Somali Immigrants ... The Somalians should not be allowed to get away with what they are doing. They view you as weak and stupid people. Fight back Minnesota, fight back!"
I hope his kids grow up and see this. And they realize he is talking about their family.
Q: You mentioned you want people like Elon Musk to come here, but he didn't build his companies overnight. So how do you decide who is the next Elon Musk? VANCE: One, does the person fill a position that simply cannot be filled by an American worker? Two, is this person a truly elite human being?
Oh for fucks sake
ALEXANDER: Why wouldn't McConnell's constituents be better served if he stepped down? TILLIS: It's the same Q people ask of Biden A: Biden is no longer POTUS T: But guess what? We're following the bad advice of people who supported him. The difference is Mitch's brain is as strong as it ever was

Christ what a monster. Hell is too kind of a place for the likes of him
Blanche on the Trump administration deporting people to third countries where they have no connection: "This idea that we're violating human rights and the president and US is doing something to damage and put these people in harm's way is just categorically false"

We are losing ground everywhere. Adult content is being banned and censored in place after place. We MUST protect one of the few places that still stands it's ground. It is our moral obligation if you value artistic freedom. Individual support might be small but we are many!

Ok but like what is the point here? This doesn’t fucking help. They still did this to all of us. I don’t want their regret I want their damn apologies
"Voters have a regret or two, and we've seen this in poll after poll. The regret has grown since the beginning of Trump's presidency" -- Enten unpacks polling showing that Kamala Harris would easily beat Donald Trump if they were both on the ballot again next month

I have kids who get sensory overload from looking at their phones too long. The fuck is she talking about?
Linda McMahon: "AI is definitely a tool used correctly. I've seen it in action. I have visited the Alpha School in Austin, Texas, where they use AI for the first two hours every single morning. The students have their headsets on, they are watching their computers ... it is incredibly effective"
