Then instead of laughing they follow you even more, hoping that at the heart of all the lies they’ll find the truth. And bit by bit they accept the unacceptable. Amazing.

You could fix all of Auckland’s traffic problems overnight by removing all green lights and replacing them with orange lights, effectively doubling the speed that traffic clears an intersection

So it begins. 10-year outsourcing contracts for private hospitals? It’s a sell-off. You don’t lock in health equity with private contracts to those who profit from illness. You lock out the public. The corporate takeover of our health system is now official policy. #PublicHealthCrisis #NZPol

rnz.co.nzHealth NZ told to give private hospitals 10-year outsourcing contractsHospital outsourcing contracts have tended to be short-term, but Health Minister Simeon Brown has made a new request.

The thing that bothers me about apples new ‘design’ is that it appears to be a glass theme. Still the same 2 buttons and wasted space on the Lock Screen. Few if any meaningful interaction improvements. Just dribbble fantasy aesthetics writ large.

November benefits data is out. Will post more later. It is important to understand the harm being done here. We have added 50,000 people to working-age benefits in the last 18 months. It has typically taken us five fking years (and a housing market boom) to get back from that #NZPol.
