I swear I've been working on this thing for years. It's finally coming together. My sparkle green bass. Just a mockup tho. Hopefully done soon

I'm not 100% positive, but I believe this little guy is a Platycryptus Undatus. The Tan Jumping Spider

The terrifying threat display of the dreaded juvenile ring-necked snake!

Just got back from visiting my daughter in Montana. Saw this gem when we were filling up to leave

I'm high. Listening to Gogol Bordello. I miss my dad

Getting down to the wire here! Nathan Watts, James Jamerson, Greg Reeves, Mike "Dirnt" Pritchard, and Robert "Bob Babbit" Kreinar. Only 5 more to go!

Five more bassists for our list: Randy Meisner, William "Billy Bass" Nelson, Benjamin Orzechowski (Orr), Dale Peters, and Cordell Mosson. Fifteen to go!

Continuing the list of top 50 bassists: Peter Albin, Dennis Dunaway, Jack Casady, Brian Ritchie, and (Raymond) Berry Oakley (III) That brings us to 30! Anyone you'd like to see in the final 20?

I made another friend today! Found this impressive fellow in the student drop off area of our school this morning, cold and acting disoriented. Had to move them to a warmer, safer spot

We're reaching the halfway point in our list! Five more awesome bassists: Peter Cetera, Jack Bruce, Douglas "DUg" Pinnick, Chris Squire, and Donald "Duck" Dunn

The next five on the list of top 50 bassists: Mike Mills, Amanda Smith - Skinner, Alan Maxwell, MISA, and Reid Diamond

Meet a little friend I made today! A small Texas horned lizard. Normally I don't try to catch them, but I felt I had to move them to a safer spot

Okay! Back to "bassics" (hehe) Anthony Jackson, Steve Harris, Jimmy Johnson, David Brown, and Les Claypool. That makes 15

Not going to say anything about bass today. Too busy mourning Tim Curry

Five more bassists for the list: Marcus Miller, William "Bootsy" Collins, Tina Weymouth, Matt Freeman, and Cliff Burton. That brings us to 10. Any thoughts on who you'd add?

So here's 5: Terrence "Geezer" Butler, Glenn Cornick, John Paul Jones, Morris "B. B." Dickerson, and Geddy Lee (Weinrib). What do you think?

So I've been thinking about bass. I love bass. Been playing it for literally most of my life. I want to compile a top 50 list of bass players, regardless of genre and in no particular order. Because I could never pick a #1
