"Former WNBA champion Renee Montgomery" who also happens to be the vice president of the Dream but we're not gonna mention that!

people keep asking me so I will say I think this is another tight game and the Valks adjust well and probably come out with the win but if not that's not my fault

Why is The Athletic paying any attention to this non-story? Kanter is a non-factor in the WNBA Finals - who the fuck cares that he's going to a game? Why provide a platform for his transphobia? Shameful Gift link - this is just bad journalism www.nytimes.com/athletic/770...

Tip not taking a full court shot to finish the half is nuts. Fuck a FG%, this is the Finals and you never know. Heave that shit. #wnba

This is unadulterated bullshit. There is no distinction between calling oneself an attorney vs lawyer. Not a single legitimate attorney (or lawyer!) would have given such advice. And trying to parse "analysis" vs "advise" makes no sense either

Zacharia: "A lot of the misinformation, miscommunication is around the fact that I labeled myself a lawyer. I consulted for a long time many people in the field -- 'Is it ok if I label myself a lawyer?' -- and they said, 'Absolutely. You can call yourself a lawyer. You have a JD'"

Hmmmm..... wonder who gave CC the 1st place vote? cough*christinebrennan*cough

Wilson received 65 out of 74 1st place votes & 9 2nd place votes. Olivia Miles (442 points; 6 1st-place votes) finished in 2nd place, followed by Kelsey Mitchell (287 points; 2 1st-place votes) in 3rd. Caitlin Clark (212 points; 1 1st-place vote) finished 4th & breanna stewart (171 points) was 5th

My first game at Ballhalla was Sunday, and there are no words that can describe the intensity. I'd heard how loud the crowd was, but goddamn you have no idea until you're in the arena and can't hear properly for the next couple days lol. Ngl I got emotional when the game kicked off - so awesome

Marisa Ingemi@mingemi.bsky.social

This is the kind of crowd that if you told me it would exist in the WNBA even four years ago I'd think you made it up. Genuine chills.

So - Angel puts in the work. She spent time refining her long shots over the season. She works both ends of the court. She doesn't flop, doesn't complain (more than the norm lol) to the refs. She's locked in playing the game. CC does none of those things. She's def the better player. So fun to watch

Angel Reese is on a generation playoff run. Also, ever since *that Caitlin Clark game* she’s been on a tear.

If the WNBA had not expanded, Sophie Cunningham would be an end-of-the-bench reserve. She just isn't good. Nearly a worst-case scenario to have her in your rotation.
