Pseudogon 🇨🇦

I had one of the strangest AI moments yesterday. I was using Gemini, asked it how to set up persistent memory for the standard anti-AI-slop instructions, and it answered hallucinating that it was ChatGPT. This is too stupid/funny not to share..

Our cat has started drinking from my glass of water whenever and wherever I place it, so we’ve coined a new term: “felinate”. It’s when a feline claims something by licking it first, just like we did as kids. The glass is no longer mine. It has been felinated.

A feature request for the @bsky.app team: When someone’s name/account is linked in a post, an icon or some indicator if you’ve already followed them would be very helpful. Perhaps a toggle-able option that adds a follow button beside them would be nice. Cat tax in thanks for reading!

Trying to remember which OG NES or Gameboy game from the late 1980’s had music very similar to Enigma’s TNT for the Brain. I’m thinking maybe Dragon Warrior or one the the Gameboy Final Fantasy Legend / Adventure games. @retro-gaming-geek.bsky.social @retrocomps.bsky.social any ideas please?

I just updated my handle to use a domain name, so instead of pseudogon@bsky I’m just pseudogon.com now! Looks cool, took 5 minutes, and cost about $10 registering on Cloudflare. All this while sipping coffee and unable to move because.. cat.

Trying to figure out what to use as my profile icon. Loud kitty is my current one. She wakes us up screaming if her food bowl isn’t 100% full at sunrise - thus “loud kitty” became her nickname.
