Behold Cam-1 has launched on Kickstarter… and reached its goal in under 2 hours. A huge vote for more nature tech. Excited to get this into people’s hands. www.kickstarter.com/projects/pet...

It's happening – behold.cam

Always great catching up with dad.

So close to ditching any desktop design entirely... it's not how people internet anymore.

I've been forced to use Webflow for the first time in a year – and I felt like punching a wall. Amazing how far other workflows can progress in such a short time that the "standard" from a few years back feels like 20 year old tech.

VC’s posting on LinkedIn be like “We’re proud to empower such household names like CLICKFARP, Be-BoopAI, Siquinster, DollyPimpot, TEABOONE.AI, ThumpButtler and FLONGIO”

With the confusing state of the world, April Fools has never felt so odd.

There has never been a better time to be a lazy designer.

The style of negative feedback you get when building B2C or B2B products is shockingly different. B2B: "Your product doesn't worked as I hoped, please make it better. Kind regards, A. Person." B2C: "your a real piece of shit this is stupid how are you so stupid omg TRASH hope u die"

time to head outside folks

I had to open a Facebook account to run some business ads; the suggested feed was the most depressing thing I’ve seen in a long time - endless posts about kicking foreigners out of Denmark. I believe Denmark is better than that, but it was a lot to take in. Meta optimising for hate, perhaps?

How could anyone write "automatically create personalised videos with your own AI avatar" with a straight face?

why does this happen to me.

Name a better heavy metal festival line-up than this. I'll wait.

"but AI always hallucinates!" Have you ever left a meeting with 4+ humans who didn't take notes?...

Weather forecasts are so last year, now its all about wildlife forecasts.

Done. Ship it.

After 15 years in Denmark I'm happy to announce I'm shit at speaking Danish AND shit at speaking English too now.

"AI can only replace a junior or mid-weight engineer" ...but what about a junior or mid-weight engineer using AI?

A part of me regrets not going all in on Behold five years ago when I first ruminated the idea, but a bigger part of me is glad I didn’t. I’ve managed to get so much further in a year thanks to AI tools; stuff that would have made me throw in the towel in the past just takes days now.

Meta business tools seem to be made by people who hate life. Nothing works.

Initial customer testing going well.

Some things are impossible, but nothing is imlikely.

Really hope that cat is alright.

brb, going bankrupt because I added a couple of editors to a @figma.com file for like 2 days.

Nothing says "we appreciate you as a customer" more than a noreply@ email address.

Took the dog for a walk past one of my prototype Behold cameras and got absolutely burned by my own software.

Something I didn't predict would be in the todo list for 2025.

RIP em dash—it was good while it lasted.

How has any of that been normalised? How do people clap that? What is going on?

Amazing to see the complete reduction in value AI is bringing to basically everything online. Once we hit digital rock-bottom, the only things of real value will be... real life?

Can performance marketing and good design ever co-exist?

Feeling excited about a new year rather than dreading it is certainly a new, but very welcome, feeling.

A fair point.
